Overview

Welcome

playflaming is a browser mini-games directory independently maintained by a solo developer. What we mainly do here is organize games, add descriptions, group them into categories, and help players reach playable game pages. By continuing to browse the site or clicking to start a game, you agree to the terms below.

01 — Scope

What this site actually provides

The site provides game discovery, categorization, descriptions, recommendations, and access points. For many titles, it either displays an embedded game session or links to the original publisher page.

That means when you click to start a game, the actual game content may be loaded and run by a third-party publisher or platform rather than being directly developed or hosted by this site.

This site is not the official website of those third-party games, and it is not the developer or publisher of those games.

02 — Assets

Games, media, and descriptions

Games themselves, along with game names, trademarks, screenshots, promotional art, videos, and related assets, generally belong to their respective developers, publishers, or rights holders.

Our own editorial work mainly consists of:

  • Page structure and site design.
  • Game categorization, tagging, and organization.
  • Descriptive and editorial text.
  • Navigation, recommendations, and page arrangement.

We try to keep information clear and useful, but items such as supported platforms, supported languages, in-game purchase labels, descriptions, screenshots, and preview videos may come from third-party feeds or publisher-provided materials. They may change over time and may not always match the latest third-party version exactly.

03 — Playing

What happens when you click Play

When you click to start a game, some titles load third-party embedded content inside the site.

Depending on the game, that third-party content may request browser or device permissions such as:

  • Fullscreen access
  • Clipboard access
  • Sharing features
  • Orientation sensors or gyroscope access
  • Microphone access
  • For some titles, additional prompts involving camera, location, or payment-related capabilities

Those requests come from the game itself or from the third-party provider behind it — they do not mean that this site is independently requesting those permissions for its own account system. Whether to allow them is always your choice.

04 — Third parties

Third-party rules and external pages

Some game detail pages show a link to the original publisher page or official release page. Once you leave the site or interact with third-party content, you may also be subject to that third party's own terms, privacy policy, advertising rules, permission requests, or regional restrictions.

If a game includes login flows, in-game purchases, ads, rankings, pop-ups, age prompts, or additional rules, those elements are generally part of the third-party game environment rather than a separate service operated by this site.

05 — Payments

In-game purchases and paid content

The site does not operate its own membership system and does not directly sell in-game items, subscriptions, or virtual goods.

If a game is labelled as having in-game purchases, or paid content appears during gameplay, those transactions generally take place inside the third-party game environment or related service — not through this site. We may display labels such as whether a game appears to include in-game purchases, but we are not the seller in those transactions.

06 — Use

Acceptable use

You are welcome to browse, search, click, and play normally, but you must not:

  • Use the site for unlawful activity.
  • Attack, interfere with, scrape, overload, or abuse the site.
  • Bypass the normal loading flow or the safety mechanisms of third-party content.
  • Distribute malicious code, fraudulent material, or other harmful content through the site.
  • Impersonate the site, its operator, or any related partner.

07 — Availability

We cannot promise every game will always work

This is a continuously maintained game directory, not a fully closed system under our exclusive control. We do our best to fix broken links, replace unavailable titles, and clean up low-quality pages, but we cannot guarantee that:

  • Every game will always load correctly.
  • Every game will work on every device, browser, or region.
  • Third-party publishers will not remove, redesign, restrict, add permissions to, add ads to, or shut down a title.
  • Every detail shown on a game page will always remain perfectly aligned with the latest third-party version.

If a game suddenly stops working, shows a black screen, becomes region-restricted, or behaves differently from before, that is often the result of changes made by the third-party provider.

08 — Takedown

Copyright and takedown requests

If you are a developer, publisher, or other rights holder and believe a game title, asset, embed method, description, or other page content on the site should be changed or removed, please contact us by email and include the relevant page link and details where possible.

We will review the request within a reasonable time and, where appropriate, update the description, remove materials, or take down the page.

09 — Liability

Liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses or issues arising from:

  • Third-party games failing to load, being removed, interrupted, or returning errors.
  • Browser compatibility issues, device permission issues, or regional restrictions.
  • Third-party login flows, ads, in-game purchases, pop-ups, or rule changes inside a game.
  • Consequences resulting from your use of third-party pages, embedded content, or external services.

10 — Updates

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the site changes, as third-party integrations change, or as compliance needs change. The latest version will always appear on this page, and the date at the top shows the most recent revision.
